Common Issues
1. Subscription not activated
- Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
- Open Mement subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.
- Check your App Store subscription status in iOS Settings.
If it still doesn’t work, email us and include the details above.
2. Trial access ended unexpectedly
- Confirm your device date/time settings are set automatically.
- Restart the app and check your subscription status again.
